Nardoerbest

Since he started cosplaying in 2013, Emil (aka. Nardoerbest) has built repertoire of craftsmanship techniques, from patternmaking and sewing to painting and wig-styling.

He finds great joy in being able to transform himself into a character he loves, showing his range, personality and creativity. For him, the best part of cosplay is the liberty of being able to put on a costume, handmade or not, and feel your day to day worries wash away. Playing the part of someone else, exploring who you are and what your own strengths are through a character, and sharing your love for them with likeminded people, is what he truly loves about cosplay

In recent years, this has led him to discover a passion for putting on a show on the cosplay stage, where you can tell a story and give the audience a slice of what your character is like in a matter of minutes. These skills, along with his impeccable craftsmanship, has let him take home
a number of awards in cosplay contests around the country, as well as participate in our very own opening show! 

This time, we are thrilled to also have him in our Performance Contest, not as a contestant, but as one of our imminent judges!
